Glucose Reset Learn ("the App") is published by Get Reset LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information the App does and does not collect, and how it's handled. We wrote it in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom.
Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect, request, or store:
- Your name, email address, or any account credentials — there is no sign-up or login
- Any health data, glucose readings, or medical information of any kind
- Your location
- Access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or photos
- Payment or financial information
The App is a teaching tool, not a health tracker. If you're looking for a way to log your own glucose readings or personal health data, that's a separate, dedicated tool — this App does not do that, and never asks you to enter any personal health information.
Information Stored On Your Device
To make the App's streaks, gems, hearts, badges, and quiz history work, the App stores a small amount of activity data directly on your device, using your device's standard local storage. This includes:
- Which lessons you've completed
- Your current streak, gem count, and hearts
- Quiz answers and scores
- Which badges you've unlocked
This information never leaves your device. We don't have a server that receives it, and we can't see it, because there currently isn't a backend for the App to send it to. If you delete the App, this data is deleted along with it. If you use the App on more than one device, progress on each device is separate and does not sync between them.
Links to Other Sites and Stores
The App includes links to buy The Glucose Reset book in various formats (Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play, Kobo, Spotify, Flipkart, and others), and a link to our website. When you tap one of these links, you leave the App and go to that company's own website or app, which has its own separate privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies — we don't control what those sites do with your information once you're there.
Analytics and Advertising
The App does not currently use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. It does not display ads. If this ever changes in a future update, we'll update this policy first and describe exactly what's added and why.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since the App doesn't collect personal information from anyone regardless of age, this is largely academic — but we state it clearly for compliance purposes.
Data Security
Because all activity data stays on your own device rather than being transmitted to us, the App's security model is largely your device's own security (passcode, encryption, etc.) rather than anything we manage on a server. Keep your device's own lock screen and software updated as you normally would.
Your Choices
Since there's no account and no server-held data, there's nothing for us to delete or export on your behalf. To clear your own progress data, you can uninstall the App (which removes all locally stored data with it), or clear the App's storage/data through your device's own app settings.
Changes to This Policy
If we change what the App collects or how it works — for example, if we add optional accounts, cloud sync, or analytics in a future version — we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If a future change is significant (like adding a server that stores your progress), we'll make that clearly visible in the App itself, not just in this document.
